At Hembu Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority.

• You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
• A short video showing the unboxing/opening of the product is mandatory.
• Refunds will only be processed if the video clearly shows the product and its condition.
• Submit your video along with your order details to hembujewelry@gmail.com.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we verify the video.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
